Africa Appeal
5th December 2007
I have been in contact with both projects in Africa during the last two days and both projects have told me about the devastating effect of the wind and heavy rain and the unexpected hailstones on the shacks where the children live.
Money is desperately needed to help to repair the remaining shacks which are broken down and to rebuild the shacks which have been flattened to the ground. The children are becoming ill due to the circumstances they live in.
Funding is also need for food for the children who attend our New Satellite Feeding Centre.
Money is also needed for the shipment of a donated transit van which is urgently needed by the Thandukuphila Centre.
If you can help at all, even a few pounds would really help, please do support what I am trying to do for the children of Africa.
I am a small charity and do not receive help from "Children in Need" or any other big nationwide fund raising events but rely on small fundraising events and the support of our local Anglican Church and the parishioners and other friends of the charity.
Please think of our children, at a time when we are celebrating Christmas, and remember those who have nothing to celebrate with.
It is now easy to donate money, see our Pay pal scheme which is now in action.
Thank you.
