Appeal for Khanya's visit
This morning October 22nd I have been in touch with the offices of Iain Duncan Smith in the House of Commons. They advised me to send to Iain Duncan Smith copies of the visa refusal sent to Khanya and my letter to the visa office South Africa taking full responsibility for all of Khanya's expenses whilst over here and assuring them of her return to South Africa on the said date.
The papers will be delivered to the House of Commons shortly for the attention of Iain Duncan Smith then presented to the Foreign Minister in the hope that he can help to turn around the decision of the visa office in South Africa.
Please join us in positive thinking that this issue can be resolved satisfactorily and that Khanya will be allowed entry into the U.K. before the expiry date of her ticket.
