Employment For Three Of Our School Leavers

Yesterday 25th March 2014, I heard from Khanya in South Africa that three of the five boys who had learned and then insulated four of our five new breeze block houses  were now in full time employment. The man who showed them how to do the insulating had promised that if they did the job well he would try and obtain employment for them with fellow employers in a similar trade.

When our young people leave school they have little hope of work of any kind so for these boys to now have gained employment is truely wonderful. This same man is now in the process of finding employment for the last two boys. Needless to say that all ther boys are very excited to now being in work or due to start work in the near future. I hope and pray that we can find a way for more of these job opportunities to arise for our youngsters.

Gaining employment gives them a sense of self worth and self respect and hope for a better future for them and any remaining family members.
