Funds to Africa

On Tuesday the 17th May £1,800 is being transferred into the account in Africa.

£1,500 is for food and transport and will ensure that everyone has food and the ability to collect their ARV drugs and other medication from the hospital for the next three to four months.

The other £300 is to be used for repairs to the worst damaged shacks and mud huts.
It is raining most days and cold and with out electricity and running water, life is very difficult for many children and their carers.

The remaining money from the appeal has been put to one side in case of unexpected emergencies cropping up which inevitably do from time to time. So the appeal money, upon arrival into the account in Africa, will be well spent and has put my mind and Nancys at rest for a little while.
