Money to Africa

Today 13th August I am sending £1,110 out to Nancy of the Thandukuphila Centre. £10 of this is a donation to Nancy herself from Jeanette James of Wales and a small part of the money is for soccer boots for one of the AIDS orphans who is unable to play for the team he has been chosen for if he cannot have a pair of real soccer boots.
The majority of the money is to be used to begin the renovations of the new Centre which is desperately needed for the children as the one in present use is being taken back by the organisation who donated it in the first place when it was a disused broken down African clinic.

Money is urgently needed for this project so it was with gratitude that I received the unexpected £764 donation yesterday from Thames Wharf Charity.
