More Charity Appeal results

The donations to the Appeal have continued and have raised to date, 14th May, an amazing £2,300 approximately.

I never dreamed we could possibly raise such a vast amount and this feels like a small miracle and has insured that Nancy and the children have food and transport to hospital for the next three to four months.

This is indeed wonderful and Nancy is so grateful. I spoke to her only this morning on the phone and she said she and all the children are totally reliant on One Life for everything they need.

We would really benefit from another £1000 as many of the mud huts and shacks are badly in need of repair or rebuilding due to the terrible floods they have endured since January this year.
Now, we really do need another miracle in order to help in this area although a small amount of the appeal money is going to repair the very worst shacks.

Again,my grateful thanks to everyone who responded to the appeal and I would like everyone to realise that their support has truly been life saving.
