Ploughman's Supper/Auction Fund Raising Event.

On Monday the 11th of December I was invited to the house of Barbara and Paul Carter two parishioners from St Anne's Parish Church who each sponsor one of our orphans. Also invited was Penny Rolfe, another parishioner who also sponsors one of our children. I had not met Barbara and Paul before and a delightful afternoon was spent getting to know each other.

Barbara and Penny are arranging a Ploughman's Supper/Auction Fund Raise on April 13th 2007 on behalf of the charity. Further information about this will be posted at a later date.

It is support like this which is so meaningful, to know that people care and support what One Life is trying to do. So my grateful thanks to Barbara and Penny and all the other people who may be involved in this fund raise.
