St Dunstans Donation

Yesterday evening 6th November I gave a talk at St Dunstan's church, Stepney. I was invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Trefold Guild and to give a talk about One Life and the children we support in South Africa. There was approx 18 people present.

This was a very enjoyable evening and I was given a donation of £107 and this plus the funds raised from the sale of a few cards and African goods came to £145.

I also had some interest in the sponsorship of the children and in offers of funding as a general donation.

I had no idea I would receive a donation of any kind and I was moved at the generosity of the members of the guild and also at their interest in One Life and the children who One Life supports in South Africa. At the end of the evening I was invited to give a talk some time next year at a big meeting hall in Victoria, this I happily accepted
