A Donation with a difference

On Sunday, 6th, February, Jayne Harrill who sponsors three of our children, came to my house with a donation of £100.

Jayne and several local friends had got together through their love of singing and made a CD which they are selling for £5. Of this, £3 covers the cost of making the CD and the other two pounds is to be split between my charity and another local charity.

What a wonderful thing to do and i was very touched when Jayne brought me the £100 and a copy of the CD.

The CD is called The Rose and Crown Singers and has songs on it like Bridge over troubled waters and similar. It is a very enjoyable and delightful CD and worth buying.
