Gift Aid form

If you are a tax payer in the UK, then please fill in this form when making a donation.  This enables us to claim back tax (currently 20%) so your donation is worth 20% more than you actually donate.

In order to qualify for gift aid you need to have paid more tax in the year than the value of 20% of your donation.  So if you were to donate £10, then as long as you have paid more than £2 of income tax this year, then you can Gift Aid your donation.
