Today, July 10th, whilst down at St Anne's Church, I received a £25 Appeal donation from Mrs E Eley, one of the parishioners. My sincere thanks go to her.

A Very Unexpected Donation

Yesterday evening, 9th July, an envelope was put through my door. When I opened it I found a letter and a cheque for £5,000.

I honestly felt like I had received an electric shock, that was how my body reacted on seeing this cheque and the vast amount of money it represented.

Funding to South Africa

Today, July 7th, £2000 has been transferred to the Bank Account in South Africa. This is for food, blankets, shack repair and other needs which have or will arise.

Two large unexpected appeal donations

On the 6th July I received two, large unexpected donations in response to the appeal.

Nick Carroll of Hertfordshire transferred a wonderful £500 in to the charity account and a Mrs E V Veckranges of Walthamstow, East London donated, by cheque, a further £500.
