Funding sent to South Africa

Today, July 4th, £2,250 has been transferred to the account in South Africa.

I phoned South Africa yesterday afternoon to enquire how Nancy and Khanya were and what was the financial position regarding food for the children and for Nancy's own large family.

More donations

So far at the beginning of July another £200 in donations has been received into the charity.

My grateful thanks go to all who continue to support what I do. Donations are invaluable and pay for food for all the children we care for and help with shack repair and other needs which continuously arise.

One Life Annual Sponsored Walk

The One Life Annual Sponsored walk is to be held on Saturday 6th October 2012. This will be held in St James Park near to Trafalgar square and Buckingham Palace.

Donations received

Since the latest newsletter went out early in June a total of £650 has been donated to One Life in support of the needs of the children in South Africa.

My very grateful thanks go to all concerned.

Final total for Appeals for Africa

Today, 4th April, I have received the charity statement which enables me to give the final total of all the donations which came in to help with shack repair and the burials of four of the seven children who died so tragically and also the burial of Nancy's husband Cecil
