A Christmas donation

Today, 7th December, I received a cheque for £30 in support of the children in Africa.

This lovely and much appreciated gift was donated by Christine Stead of Earlsheaton, West Yorkshire.

A welcome donation

Yesterday 4th December a donation of £100 was received by the charity.

This donation enables us to purchase more wind up torches and radios which help to make life for our children and their carers easier and also enjoyable and will also go towards the postage costs.

Arrival of goods in S Africa.

Have just heard from Khanya, this afternoon December 2nd, that parcels of goods have just arrived from Rosemary Faupel and myself.

Yesterday, 1st December, I received a donation of £50 for the charity, this came at a point where I was praying for a donation to help with the postage of wind up radios to South Africa.

My grateful thanks go to the donor of this gift.

Sad News from South Africa

Today, 28th November I heard from Khanya in South Africa that due to the electricity cuts some of our shacks have again burnt down.

This is due to the use of candles and is a terrible danger for the children as these kind of accidents happen all too frequently.
