Donations to One Life

Yesterday, 29th January, I met up with friends in Covent garden. Whilst there my friend Hazel donated thirty pounds to the charity and Jean gave me forty pounds.

All donations are so badly needed and this money will go out to Africa
with other donated money and the gift aid return as soon as the latter is received.

Yesterday, 18th January, I was talking with Khanya (Nancy's daughter) in South Africa.She told me that although it is extremely hot there, there is constant rain and once again much flood damage.

A New Year's Eve Dance Donation

Today,17th January, I received a cheque for £380. This donation came from Annette Cowell and Debbie Pipe and is the profit made from a New Year's Eve dance which they held down in St Anne's church hall.

A Pay Pal Donation to One Life

Today, 16th January, I received notification of a Pay Pal donation, to One Life, of £25.

This came from a new supporter to the charity who wishes to remain anonymous. I was contacted by email during this last week and this lady has shown an interest in continuing to support us again in the future.
