A New Year Donation

On December 31st Annette Cowell and Debbie Pipe organised a New Year's Eve function with disco etc. This was held in St Anne's Church Hall and proved a very popular event.

Another donation for One Life at Christmas.

Today, Christmas Eve, I have just received a donation of £20 from Lily Burnett of St Anne's Parish Church.

My grateful thanks go to Lily and to everyone who has thought about the children in Africa as we celebrate our Christmas over here in England.

Another unexpected donation

Today 22nd December I received notification through PayPal that Ros Purcell had donated £50 to One Life. This is towards the many needs the children and Nancy are experiencing right now.

Many thanks go to Ros for her caring and generosity at this very expensive time of year.

Three donations for Christmas

This week, the week before Christmas, I have received three unexpected donations for the children in South Africa..

Christine Foster of Walthamstow donated £50

Sue Harrison of West Sussex donated £50

Eluned Rees of Wales donated £100.

The visit from The Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith MP

This afternoon, Thursday December 10th, The Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith came here to the premises of One Life to talk about my charity with a view to raising more publicity for us and also to enquire more in depth about Khanya, what she does and the role she plays in S Africa to help her mum at the Thandukuphila Centre and the children in need.
