Fundraising by Chapel End Early Years Centre

Linda Murray of Chapel End Early Years Centre today (17th October) presented me with a cheque for £305. This amount was raised at the centre by the sale of our African Bracelets, the organisation of a raffle and a Homemade cakes stall.

One Life charity wristbands

Charity wristbands are now on order for One Life. There will be child sized ones also the usual adult size. They will be in five blended colours of green, red, yellow, black and white and embossed in black will be the words ONE LIFE for AFRICA.

As soon as these arrive I will announce it on this website and upload a picture.

Money raised from card party

The card party held here at 43 Alpha Road, Chingford on the evening of September 30th raised £195.40.This amount includes the sale of African bracelets.These proved popular and sold well.

Sponsored walk update

On the evening of September 22nd Daphne arrived home from Italy having successfully completed the sponsored walk from Assisi to Rome .

As soon as I know how much money has been raised I will post an update.
